I heard him mutter, “How did you get yourself into this?”

Knowing that he was assigned to a difficult class, I tried to offer moral support. “Are you okay?” I asked. “Can I help?”

He lifted his head and replied, “I’ll be fine as soon as I get this kid out of his locker.”

Probably the genie part is the hardest part to believe. But, hey, I’m serious. Dead serious, even though I am a joke genie and notorious for avoiding being serious.

How I got to this point is as follows. I was in a stuffy bottle for many centuries. Were it not for my fertile mind, I’d have gone bonkers in there.

I finally oozed out one day, all thanks to a passerby… a short chap, oh about 5 foot 4 inches tall. I never got a chance to thank as he scampered off in shock after stumbling into the bottle I was cooped up in. I was too rusty at the time to use my funny magic to lasso him.

He handed out all of the tests and went back to his desk
to wait. Once the test was over the students all handed
the tests back in.

The professor noticed that one of the
students had attached a $100 bill to his test with a note
saying “A dollar per point.” The next class the professor
handed the tests back out. This student got back his test
and $64 change.
